There's nothing better than celebrating the people behind the work.

Earlier this month, our Columbus team had the opportunity to support our client, Utz Group, during their Fourth of July celebration. From serving hot dogs and hamburgers to handing out ice cold slushies, it was a great day spent celebrating an incredible team and the partnership we've built together.

A special thank you to Rosamaria Pedreros and everyone at Utz Group for allowing us to be part of the celebration. We truly appreciate your partnership and the opportunity to serve in ways that go beyond staffing.

We were also proud to have our VP of Staffing Operations, Traci Johnson, join our Columbus team for the celebration. Alongside Branch Manager Lavon Redlin, On-Site Manager Cynthia Cervantes, and Recruiting Account Manager Tagrid Ahmad Mercado, the team represented Morales Group with care and a dedication to Building Better Futures.

Yesterday, our teammates gathered at our Accion Performance, a morales group company Headquarters in Whitestown for our annual Race Day celebration. It was a chance to pause, kick off the long weekend together, and celebrate the wins happening across our divisions.

Our CEO, Seth Morales, opened the event with a few encouraging words before teammates jumped into an afternoon full of friendly competition, music, and connection.

Teams competed in a relay-style challenge that brought a lot of energy and teamwork to the day, ending with a LEGO car-building challenge that tested both creativity and collaboration.

We also enjoyed great food catered by City Barbeque while taking advantage of the beautiful weather and spending time together outside of the day-to-day work across our divisions. Thank you to our Culture Committee for putting together such a fun and memorable event for our team.

Moments like these are a reminder that celebrating wins together and creating space for connection is an important part of the culture we continue building within the Morales Group family.
