A growing local electrical construction company in Columbus, GA is looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and keep projects running smoothly!

Position Details:

📍 Location: Columbus, GA

💰 Pay: $19.00 / hour

⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💼 Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

What You'll Do:

Oversee front desk operations, answer phones, and support leadership & field staff.

Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and invoicing.

Track job costs, labor hours, and project budgets for accurate reporting.

Maintain clean electronic files, vendor records, and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Office Management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel spreadsheets & reporting).

Solid background in AP/AR and job costing/labor tracking.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot daily tasks with minimal supervision.

⭐ Bonus: Prior experience in the electrical, trade, or general construction industry!
