"BEHIND-THE-SCENES: Where does your payrate come from?

There’s a common misconception that staffing agencies set the hourly wages or salaries for the roles we post. We wanted to clear the air and share a little "behind-the-scenes" on how pay rates actually work.

🔍 Who Sets the Rate?
While we handle the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring logistics, the pay rate is determined entirely by our client companies. Before we post a job, the employer decides the budget for that position based on:

Internal salary structures, Industry standards, Local market competition and Specific skill requirements

🤝 Our Role in the Middle
As your staffing partner, we act as the bridge. We advocate for fair, competitive wages because we want to see our candidates succeed! However, we do not have the authority to change or negotiate the base rate set by the client.

✨ Why This Matters
When you see a rate on one of our postings, that is the direct figure provided by the employer. We work hard to find partners who offer quality pay for quality work, but the final call on the "price tag" stays with them.
