If you have experience managing residential construction projects and enjoy working directly with customers, crews, subcontractors, and vendors, this could be an outstanding opportunity. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can keep projects moving while building great relationships.

What You'll Do:
✔ Manage projects from planning through completion
✔ Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors
✔ Visit job sites throughout Central Missouri
✔ Communicate with homeowners and project teams
✔ Solve problems and keep projects on track

Preferred Experience:
🔹 Residential home construction
🔹 Pole barns, post-frame, bromoniums, or metal buildings
🔹 Project management or superintendent experience
