Are you someone who notices when something doesn’t look right, digs into the details, and takes ownership of finding the solution?
AtWork Personnel is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Auditor to help maintain inventory accuracy across multiple customer accounts and approximately 1,500 SKUs.
This is a hands-on inventory position in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. You’ll spend time physically counting inventory, investigating discrepancies, auditing warehouse activity, and ensuring physical inventory matches our WMS/ERP records.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Perform manual physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Reconcile physical inventory with WMS/ERP records
Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
Audit receiving, shipping, returns, transfers, and adjustments
Identify misplaced, damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports
Use barcode scanners, Excel, WMS/ERP systems, and inventory tools
Assist with customer inventory audits and reconciliations
Train warehouse employees on proper inventory procedures
Help improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes
✅ Qualifications
College degree required
3+ years of inventory auditing experience required
Warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL experience preferred
WMS/ERP experience preferred
Epicor and ShipHero experience is a plus
Strong Excel, math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and spend extended periods on your feet
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
