QUALITY TEAM LEADER – $20.03/HR
🕑 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
📅 Occasional weekends may be required.
The Quality Team Leader provides hands-on supervision and support to Quality Inspectors while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities include:
• Training and supporting Quality Inspectors
• Preparing work instructions
• Setting up and maintaining organized work cells using 5S
• Reviewing inspection data
• Completing competency and performance reviews
• Approving daily timesheets
• Communicating with management and customer representatives
• Promoting safety and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• Familiarity with ISO standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to meet customer demands
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and post-offer physical
• Valid passport preferred

PROJECT COORDINATOR – QUALITY
1st Shift – $22.55/HR
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
3rd Shift – $23.10/HR
Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

The Project Coordinator oversees daily quality inspection operations and provides leadership to Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Inspectors. This position works closely with the customer to ensure quality, safety, staffing, productivity, and operational expectations are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and developing quality teams
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Monitoring KPIs and operational performance
• Coordinating staffing, training, and orientations
• Conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
• Reviewing Vantage data and inspection activities
• Overseeing shipping and receiving requirements
• Conducting time studies and preparing customer quotes
• Coordinating purchase orders and billing information
• Completing performance reviews and employee development
• Ensuring compliance with 5S, CVP, ISO, safety, and company procedures
• Identifying continuous improvement and business opportunities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with ISO standards
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Flexibility to support a fast-paced, 3-shift operation
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and post-offer physical
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and 50–75 lbs with assistance
• Valid passport preferred
