📍 Position: Production Associate
🕖 Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💰 Pay: $17.75/hour

What You'll Do:
✔️ Set up and operate manufacturing and testing equipment
✔️ Follow production procedures and work instructions
✔️ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
✔️ Perform routine equipment maintenance
✔️ Complete production records accurately
✔️ Assist with training new team members
✔️ Report production issues to leadership
✔️ Work with multiple departments to meet production goals
✔️ Participate in molding, assembly, painting, washing, inspection, and other production tasks

Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Manufacturing or production experience preferred
✅ Ability to read and understand technical instructions
✅ Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
✅ Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
