I keep finding out the importance of knowing... the most important skills to develop to match a job that actually needs to be done; which then must match my idea of a career path; which then matches my personality; which then correlates to the job market; which then correlates to an actual market that is solving a real problem; that is being automated by AI... is pure madness. Yet it is the reality we face every day.
Said more elegantly by Meta AI: "As I reflect on my career journey, I'm struck by the daunting complexity of aligning skills, job requirements, career paths, personality, market demand, and societal needs. The ever-present specter of AI automation adds another layer of uncertainty. It's a dizzying maze, yet a reality we face daily."
