Checklists, Courses & Stamina â The Founding Decision (continued)
Founding a company doesn't start with certainty. It starts with a decision.
In Part 2, Ms. Ingrid Hofmann shares what came next â when the doubts came fast:
What if customers don't come?
What if you can't find employees?
What if no one trusts you?
She didn't let the noise stop the plan.
Because Ms. Hofmann is a builder. Someone who believes in preparing, training, and acquiring skills step by step. So she did what real leaders do â she attended her first course at the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce: "How do I become self-employed?"
Her conviction still holds today: before going independent, you need industry experience. And above all â stamina. Not quitting at the first setback. Knowing the road is long, especially where trust takes time.
That mindset didn't just launch a company. It built a standard.
To Ms. Hofmann: thank you for leading with heart, holding the line on values, and building a culture where people can grow and belong.
And to everyone in a season of building â keep going. The long road is often the one that leads to something real. đ
