Who are you?

You are a professional who has any combination of education, training and work experience which indicates possession of the skills needed to perform the job responsibilities listed. An example of an acceptable qualification for this position is: Master's degree in counseling or social work with a current and valid Ohio License (LPCC or LISW), post 2 years independent licensure is required. You will have experience in the treatment of youth, adults, families, mental health, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Background check and fingerprinting will be required

You will provide mental health counseling and therapy to clients; assist in the assessment of both current and potential clients; implement and present training programs as assigned. FRC is looking for any combination of full-time, part-time, or contract clinicians who have experience providing Telehealth and is available for weekend work.

This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity where you can provide services from a private setting of your choice. Minimum requirement is 12 hours of client availability a week (on average). This opportunity is best suited for those who thrive in an independent environment. Experience working with virtual platforms and computers is essential, as well as having experience using electronic medical record systems.

How you'll make a difference:

•You will provide a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families; engage primary caregiver and other essential participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.

•You will develop and maintain consultative relationships with other agencies and programs to cultivate working relationships

•You will provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, develop treatment plans with the client and provide subsequent review of the case. You will record client's progress, complete client outcome instrument, and maintain necessary records and files.

•You will maintain strengths-based approach while working with clients and families to support the retention of dignity and the development of positive intrinsic qualities

•You will complete referrals to other agency programs or external service providers as deemed clinically appropriate.

•You will establish mutually respectful relationship and implement interventions necessary to meet the needs of clients

Scope

One of our pharmaceutical clients has a Project Management engagement that focuses on delivery across multiple projects within Clinical Trial Management space as well as the overall IT Clinical space. Looking for a Project Manager who can manage scope, drive deliverables, coordinate teams, interface with IT, BA's, SME's and the Business, to drive projects to completion. Experienced in ex*****on of projects and programs in the pharma industry. In general they look for solid PMs with heavy pharma/bio tech background who have the ability to move projects along and work with all levels of business and technical folks.

•Implement system/functional enhancements to Veeva Clinical Vault and integrate it with other systems.
•There is a desire to integrate both upstream and downstream systems for more automated and connected data transfers, and to reduce the amount of manual data entry efforts. Some systems we will assess for potential integrations are: CROs, EDC, COMPASS, Study Optimizer, QMOD, and RIM.
•Responsible for the overall direction, ex*****on, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
•The Project Manager role will be aligned, collocated and assigned projects within Global Development Systems (GDS), and will report either to the IT Portfolio Assoc Director/Director responsible for the GDS's IT portfolio.
•The Project Manager works with minimal supervision and is responsible for applying advanced Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
•Additionally, the Project Manager has proven experience leading successful strategic initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.

Minimum Experience

10+ years of progressive experience in IT project management
Clinical CTMS project delivery experience or equivalent
3+ years resource management experience
3+ years experience working with and managing vendors and partners
3+ years project budget management

Preferred:

Pharmaceutical or biotech experience
Advanced degree (MBA, Masters, or similar discipline)
PMP or Prince2 certification
Experience with growth-stage companies
Experience with the PPM tools and reports
Experience in one or more of the following Business Units: Clinical Development, Biostatistics and Data Management, Medical Affairs, Medical Writing, Regulatory Safety/Pharmaco Vigilance, Risk Management

Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and executives to gain a comprehensive understanding of their team's projects, hiring needs, and job specifications
Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates for high level roles
Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including interview, feedback, decision making, negotiations, and offer process
Advise hiring teams/interviewers on best interview practices and processes

Continuously partner with leadership and talent acquisition team members to design, refine, and implement new innovative recruiting strategies
Provide training and coaching to hiring managers, as needed, on interviewing and related skills

Qualifications

5 – 10 years of recent full cycle recruiting experience in the biotech industry, life sciences or similar field
Bachelor's degree with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
Passion/interest for understanding life science and technology
Experience sourcing diverse candidates through multiple channels
Articulate with excellent verbal and communication skills
Enjoys understanding data and creating innovative solutions to complex problems

If the process sucks, feedback is confusing, or not timely; there are 1,000 hoops to jump through to start; these will be your obstacles to performing your job.

If a company doesn't value you when trying to hire you, it's not getting any better once your inside.
