I am the HR Manager for an automotive company in Clinton, TN and am actively seeking an experienced Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage activities such as, but not limited to, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, IMDS System, PPAP Documentation, APQP participation and CQI12 Management.
• Supervise and maintain designated department associated personnel and other allocated resources.
• Coordination and scheduling of annual testing.
• Report quality metric to senior/executive management as needed.
• Effectively interact with customers, suppliers, company personnel and other agencies as representative of our company.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry with Quality/Systems/Engineering as primary focus.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of PPAP, ISO Audits, APQP, Process Flow and PFEMA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
• Understanding of ISO automotive requirements.
• Ability to drive results with detail orientated mindset.
• Strong organizational skills.
