NOW HIRING Pre-planting and Sorting Clams – Field Packet Layouts (ages 18+) for the Clinton, IL Syngenta location!!
Start Date: ASAP
• Pay $17.17 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time hours: 40+ hours a week possible
• Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (could be OT during peak times) M-Sat

Qualifications, Requirements, and Demands of the Role:
The role is a seasonal position that has the potential to continue into the planting season and beyond. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sorting, packeting, building fields, lifting planting magazines, and helping layout the corn plots.
• Training starts ASAP
• Some overnight travel to other states might be warranted but will be discussed at a later time
• Need Steel Toe boots or shoes (ANSI rated)
• All PPE required will be provided
• Equipment and Farm experience a plus
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Work in all-weather elements
• Lift 40+ lbs daily

• Previous packaging or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train
• Good work history
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds unassisted
• Detail oriented with good organization
• Experience not required, but preferred
• Limited Drug Testing and Background Check, including misdemeanors and felonies (7 years)
• Must be able to pass a physical for driving a company vehicle
• MVR will be run– must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
