Job Qualifications:

Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic.
No previous experience required.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds required.
Ability to work in cold environment.
Work overtime as needed.
Perform all duties and responsibilities safely and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
Follow directions and cooperate with other members of a team.
Job Description:

Pack containers with specified counts
Learn and perform tasks of packing, weighing, labeling, and assembling boxes
Set up work area and obtain supplies
Inspect products and set aside rejects
Assist fellow team members and follow directions from supervisors
Promote teamwork and build a culture of harmony and continuous improvement
Clean and maintain work area.
Other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We train!

Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic

Some experience preferred but not required

Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required

Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.
Work overtime as needed.

Perform all duties and responsibilities safely and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.

Follow directions and cooperate with other members of a team.

RESPONISIBILITIES:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment

Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops

Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials

Housekeeping and sanitation
Other duties as assigned
