This is a remote position based in Northern Indiana (relocation is possible) with a territory from Indianapolis to the border of Michigan. This role reports to a Sales Manager of the region. There are accounts to manage and grow.

Compensation:

• Year 1 Floor: $110K-$130K
• Base + $65K Guarantee
• $50K-$65K base salary + Monthly Commission Plan is uncapped and guaranteed (12-18 months) to start = $50K-$65K

The company sells their die cut components to
• Electronics
• Medical Devices / Wearable devices / Medical Manufacturers

The company requires:
• minimum of 3-10 years of Sales hunting experience
• understanding of the DFM (Design For Manufacturing) industry design cycle
• must have a hunter mentality and technical / mechanical engineering aptitude
• the ability to do presentations with customers and colleagues and manage multiple projects
• you are the CEO of your customers & territory / project management from cradle to grave
• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of successful sales experience in industrial sales direct to Manufacturers and OEM’s
• Experience with die cut adhesive tapes or flexible materials (films, foams, foils, etc.) is required.
• A willingness to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Some overnight travel may be required = 25% or less.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are a must, along with strong mechanical aptitude.
