Are you a wizard with numbers 🧙‍♂️ and a pro at hunting down discrepancies? We are looking for a rockstar Materials Analyst to join our team at the Athens Plant for a 3-4 month temporary assignment! 📍 If you love a mix of data analysis, hands-on warehouse teamwork, and a great hourly rate, this is the perfect role for you! 👇

💻 What You’ll Do:
Lead the Crew: Head up and audit our awesome physical cycle count team 👥.
Solve the Puzzle: Dig into the data, analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), and fix inventory discrepancies like a detective 🔍.
Master the System: Keep our inventory records perfectly accurate and organized 📂.
Stay Safe: Work with a team that treats safety as a top priority to keep our zero-injury culture going strong! 🛡️

⚡ What You MUST Have:
MS Excel Skills: Absolutely required! You need to know your way around a spreadsheet to crush data tracking 📊.
Great Analytical Skills: You need a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving habits to trace inventory paths 🎯.
Inventory Experience: Background in inventory control and understanding material process flows 📦.
The Credentials: High School Diploma, a valid US Driver’s License, and a Forklift License 🪪🚜.
The Vibe: A self-starter attitude, great punctuality, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment ⚡.

Office Manager Needed in Manufacturing (with Sage experience)!

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our manufacturing team! This isn't just a "sit-at-the-desk" job; you will be the vital link between our front office and our production floor, ensuring orders flow seamlessly from entry to shipment. 🚚💨

Key Responsibilities 🛠️
You will be the "air traffic controller" of our production cycle:

Order Management: Accurately inputting customer orders into Sage and getting them into the hands of our production team. 📥

Workflow Coordination: Receiving finished order slips back from the plant and marking them as "Finished/Ready for Shipment." 📦

Plant Interaction: You won't just be behind a screen! You will head out into the plant several times a day to interact with production employees and track order progress. 🏭

Problem Solving: Using "outside the box" thinking to resolve scheduling hiccups or administrative challenges. 💡

Required Skills & Experience ✅

Software Proficiency: Must have Sage (Peachtree) experience. (Candidates with strong QuickBooks experience will be considered but must be ready to work primarily in Sage). 💻

Expert-level use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Attention to Detail: You must be "very" detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy and inventory tracking. 🧐

Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable walking long distances throughout the manufacturing plant daily. 👣

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both executive staff and plant personnel. 🗣️

Schedule & Compensation ⏰

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Lunch Break: Enjoy a 45-minute break from 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM 🥗

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)

Status: Full-Time
