NOW HIRING – Router Operator / Machine Operator / Fabricator

Join our Clearwater team!

$20–$24/hr starting pay
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | 40+ hrs/week

What you’ll do:

-Operate CNC router machine
-Load/unload materials
-Read work orders
-Adjust programs as needed
-Work with the team to meet production goals
-Participate in monthly inventory counts

Qualifications:

-2 years CNC/ router/ machining/ woodworking/ related experience
-Ability to read measurements/work orders
-Strong attention to detail
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing
-Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop/yard
-Must pass pre-employment drug & background screening

We are hiring a CNC drill machine operator in Largo.
Starting pay range: $18-$20/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
For this position, you will read the customer order form, identify the amount of parts needed per order, pull up the correct program to drill the part, verify dementions with a tape measure, and label final product. Operator is also responsible for the final quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

This position involves assembly, wrapping, securing and basic soldering of materials to meet quality standards. We offer a clean, climate-controlled production environment.
