Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
For this position, you will read the customer order form, identify the amount of parts needed per order, pull up the correct program to drill the part, verify dementions with a tape measure, and label final product. Operator is also responsible for the final quality checks.

We are seeking a reliable CNC Router Operator/Fabricator to join our Clearwater team.
Starting pay range: $20.00-$24.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (40+ hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate CNC router machines to cut and shape materials.
-Manually load and unload materials onto the machine.
-Read and interpret job orders and production drawings.
-Set up machine tooling, and adjust programs as needed.
-Maintain an organized work area while following safety protocols.
-Work collaboratively with teams to meet daily output goals.
-Participate in monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications:
-1-2 years of CNC router experience.
-Ability to read measurements and work orders.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Ability to work within a non climate controlled shop/yard setting.
-Ability to pass a pre employment drug and background screen.
