$180K–$290K base salary + 25% bonus potential
Vehicle allowance + mileage reimbursement

Help us wish a happy Birthday to our Chief Operating Officer, Kelly!

If you have a question about Delta, Kelly has the answer. From remembering the candidate whose life we helped change 10 years ago to knowing exactly which client needs the rock star we just met, she knows the people and relationships that make this company what it is.

Kelly is the lifeblood of Delta. She pours her time, energy, and heart into our team, showing up in all the ways people see but in even more ways that they don’t. Her dedication has helped build this company and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her.

Every office needs someone who keeps everyone grounded. At Delta, that’s Pax.

He’s the person we lean on for advice, guidance, and a calm reminder that when things get stressful, it’s not that deep. That phrase has caught on across the office in all kinds of conversations, helping us take a step back, find some perspective, and stop giving things more stress than they deserve.

But behind that chill attitude is someone who cares deeply - about our company, clients and candidates, and the people around him. Whether he’s helping a teammate work through a challenge, giving someone a ride to the airport, or organizing the kitchen snacks, Pax always finds a way to show up.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, the strength of those who stepped forward to help, and the families and communities forever changed by that day.

Twenty-five years later, we remember their lives, their courage, and the spirit of unity that brought our country together in the face of unimaginable loss.

Cory is the kind of leader who never settles for going through the motions. He is always challenging himself and the people around him to work harder, aim higher, and keep pushing until we all win together.

His passion for recruiting shows in the way he leads, supports his team, and stays focused on helping people succeed. Over the past six years, his dedication and drive have made him an integral part of Delta and helped shape the team we are today.

The electricians who brought the power. The foremen who led from the front. The superintendents who kept the job moving. The project managers, estimators, safety professionals, and office teams who handled every detail along the way.

They are the early mornings, the long days, the tough decisions, and the years of hard-earned experience behind the buildings and infrastructure our communities depend on.

Living and working in sunny Clearwater means paradise is never too far from the office.

Over the summer, we were lucky enough to spend some great days out on the water. Soaking up the Florida sunshine, chasing a big catch, sharing a few stories, and enjoying the kind of company that makes the day go by too fast.

There’s something about leaving the phones and desks behind, putting a line in the water, and letting the Gulf breeze clear your head. A day in the sun gives you a chance to slow down, reconnect, and come back ready for whatever is waiting on shore.

The fish are a bonus. The time spent together is what makes these trips worth remembering.

But before you let a bigger paycheck make the decision, think about what made you open to hear about other opportunities in the first place.

Most people don’t start looking because of one bad day or one disappointing check. They start looking because something isn’t working. Maybe the growth isn’t there. Maybe the culture is wearing them down. Maybe promises have been made before.

At Delta, our teamwork and communication doesn't stop on the recruiting floor.

For our August team-building event, seven teams took to Dill Dinker's pickleball courts for a best-two-out-of-three tournament. There was plenty of competition, even more trash talk, and some surprisingly serious pickleball happening along the way.

After a hard-fought bracket, it came down to Rocky and Jake versus Gray and Eric, with the underdogs Gray and Eric taking the final win. Congratulations, Gray and Eric! They walked away with bragging rights... and the memes that followed have made sure nobody forgets it anytime soon.

As it turns out, pickleball and recruiting require a lot of the same skills. You have to communicate clearly, understand your partner’s strengths, cover the gaps, adjust your approach, and keep working together when things don’t go according to plan. Whether you’re trying to win a point or help a great candidate find their new career, success depends on trust and follow through.

Days like this give us a chance to step away from our desks, strengthen the bond in the wolfpack, and remember that the best teams know how to work hard and have a good time together.
