I hope you are well here are some details of our service and what we offer are as follows:

Below is exactly what we currently offer, as the volume of work increases per client we will then use a sliding scale approach.

1. Drafting, editing and updating of all:

1.1. HR policies (+- 50 in total all aligned with the LRA and BC).
1.2. Job descriptions

1.3. Employment contracts (Permanent and Fix term)

2. Job advertising

3. Full recruitment process (Vetting and initial electronic interview)

4. Performance management documents

5. Assistance with performance management process

7. Disciplinary inquiries (Charge sheet drafting, external chairperson appointment, CCMA representation)

Cost models relating to documentation and process:

1. Cost per document R400
2. Cost per hour R350
3. Retainer which is a minimum of R12 000. The benefit of a retainer is that the cost per hour is reduced to R 300 thus translating into 40 working hours. A total saving of R2 000. Please note this does not include costs for point number 7 of the above.

The cost per hour is the one chosen more often by our clients. This includes a time sheet with work done descriptions for easy tracking of your spend.

Hearings costs are as follows:

1. External chairperson R2 000 ( this amount is still payable if hearings are cancelled less than 24 hours before hearing date and time) per day
2. CCMA representation with a mandate R1 500 per day
3. Arbitration R1 000 per day
