🕒 Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
💵 Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
📅 Start Date: ASAP
💼 Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Label Clerk to join our QA Department! This is a hands-on position working closely with our Label Compliance Specialist to ensure our product labeling meets regulatory and internal standards.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and confirm incoming product; record results in software and on paper.
• Review label art for compliance with 21 CFR and other regulations.
• Work with customers to ensure label specifications and compliance.
• Coordinate label reviews across departments to meet regulatory requirements.
• Release labels to production with accuracy and proper revision control (FIFO).
• Copy, route, track, and file label documentation throughout its lifecycle.
• Support audits/inspections by providing required label documentation.
• Collaborate with Document Control, R&D, and Account Managers on labeling needs.
✅ Requirements:
• MUST have strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in QA, document control, or labeling is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
