Do you have HR experience?

We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational, time management, analytical and interpersonal skills. We need a motivational leader with the ability to get results and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The actions of this position consist of interviewing candidates, onboarding employees, ensuring employees are stably working, HR administration, maintaining and updating the company policies, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:L

1. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicants.
2. Attract applicants with job advertisements, using job sites, Facebook, and other hiring platforms.
3. Recruit qualified personnel who meet all employment qualifications.
4. Handle non-performing and under-performing personnel.
5. Ensure all company personnel records are in order and comply with all federal and state requirements related to Human Resources compliance.
6. In coordination with the training department, ensure there are materials and checksheets for in-house job training. The Establishment division is responsible for ensuring personnel are trained to do their jobs.
7. Oversee all incoming and outgoing communication.
8. We need a champion player to help get more stellar players on our team. We need someone who can help pick the right talent, the Michael Jordans, Tom Bradys, and so on. Like the USA at the 2021 Olympics – we play to win!

POSITION: Director of Marketing Components

The Director of Marketing Components at our company is the Creative Director of our Marketing Division.

Your job will be to lead the creative team in designing and building the “components” that make up an effective marketing campaign. Really a cool opportunity to let your skills shine.

If you are chosen, you would get to run the show on surveys, copywriting, artwork, graphics, audio-visual, and anything else you can dream up. Duties will primarily focus on championing the brand's visual aesthetic, spearheading creative ideation, revising presentations, shaping brand standards, getting other creatives to produce great stuff, editing and qual-checking their work before presenting it to senior execs.

Our ideal candidate not only manages the work of our creative team but also enjoys being a hands-on creative on new projects defined internally in the marketing division as well as projects from senior management. We are looking for someone to motivate their team to deliver quickly and efficiently.

Responsible for:
-Market Research Section
-Copywriting Section

-Typical tasks to include:
