Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Technician for a hands-on opportunity with a local manufacturing facility.

If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, improving processes, working with automation, and finding ways to make manufacturing operations safer and more efficient, this could be a great fit.

Pay: $24.00–$31.00/hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for experience with:
• Manufacturing process improvement
• PLCs, CNC equipment, robotics, and/or automation
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• AutoCAD or mechanical CAD software
• Lean Manufacturing principles
• Equipment, fixture, and process improvements

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of related manufacturing, engineering, technical, or process improvement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

UNARMED SECURITY GUARD

Starting Pay: $28.00 per Hour
12-Hour Shifts

We are currently seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are alert, reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas.
- Maintain a visible security presence.
- Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activity.
- Follow site security procedures and policies.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Control access to designated areas when required.
- Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and management.
- Work independently while remaining attentive throughout the shift.

Requirements

- Must meet Arkansas requirements for an Unarmed Security Guard.
- Phase I and Phase II training/licensing required.
- Successful background check required.
- Successful drug screening required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable and able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, or related experience is preferred but may not be required.
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
