-Must learn the different types of mattresses produced, and the configuration of each
-The successful candidate will be expected to become an efficient operator of multiple pieces of equipment including, but not limited to, de-stackers, lamination, fire sock & cover assembly, packaging equipment, etc.
-Must be able to use hand scanner and read the daily production schedule
-Must fully understand quality standards as prescribed by management
-Work in any position on the line when needed, including all associated machines on Inside or Outside Rotation
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions
-Maintains the work area in a neat, and orderly condition
-Follows prescribed safety regulations such as Lock out/Tag out procedures as directed by Plant Manager or Safety Director
-Set the machine up for running jobs

The Extraction Technician supports the preparation and ex*****on of the extraction process. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy, and efficiency of the manufacturing processes. The Extraction Technician will strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures and quality control measures to maintain production of high-quality products. The position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including prepping, measuring, extracting, refining, and packaging of products. The Extraction Technician must monitor and maintain the laboratory environment in accordance with company needs and state regulations.

• Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing, standard operating procedures and proper documentation.
• Sanitize all production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, cookware, and machinery.
• Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable before performing any production activities by washing hands and other personal protective equipment, etc.
• Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production lines and collecting samples for analysis.

Second and Third Shift Monday-Friday
$18-$20 with career opportunities
Must work first shift for training only- two-three weeks at $18. After that move to second or third shift.

The Production Scheduler/Planner is responsible for scheduling all production, maintaining MPR/MPS, and replenishment of cases goods.
-Ensure that all orders are entered promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by updating Access database, creating and reviewing Sys21 work orders, and monitoring shipment activity
- Plan production for the bottling operations using Master Production Scheduling module.
- Support planning of intercompany transfer processesy.
- Support continuous improvement in these areas and continued us of WeSupply.
- Support the evaluation of appropriate safety stock.
- Participate and lead in process improvements that deliver cost savings in areas of production scheduling.
- Work with Brand Managers on production plans or planned FG purchases for new products and brands.
-Provide world class customer service by ensuring that all finished goods items are available for customer requested ship dates.
- Help the bottling operations achieve desired efficiencies by providing a stable production schedule that optimizes line efficiency with inventory carrying costs.
-Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
- Implement a PDS for that will move
the candidate toward improving at least 1 competency at any given time and improving performance against position description outcomes.
- Work closely with the Supervisor to improve a work related skill(s), which will lead to improved performance, benefit professional growth as well as the company's success.

he production technician performs production processes to fulfill the needs of restoration projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Inventory and load the work vehicle. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Perform production processes as directed
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform end of day/job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Secondary Responsibilities:
-Maintain an organized workspace. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office and grounds, as assigned.
-Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products and equipment
High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently. Occasionally lifting 100 pounds with assistance. Walking and standing for long periods of time. Driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights and in tight spaces, working with and around chemicals.
Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
Must have valid driver's license
