Batching Supervisor
Seeking a Batching Supervisor in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full-time, third shift position offering $22 – $30/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Perform first level reporting responsibilities for the Batching employees and other department staff including but not limited to departmental processes and operations, staff schedules and time-off, safety, performance management activities such as disciplinary action and evaluations, conducting training and salary recommendations.
- Coordinate the readiness of equipment, tools, and batching materials at the start of each shift and each batch.
- Follow production schedule and supervise batching staff and department operations to maintain pace and ensure that production schedule is being met.
- Oversee and participate in equipment/product changeovers using established procedures. Verify all ingredients are properly allocated to each job.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with standards and requirements for food safety, GMP, SQF, and other regulatory or internal quality programs.
- Inspect workstations settings and verify proper procedures are being followed and where food safety is the top priority.
- Adhere to, use, and enforce safe work practices, following all SOPs and other safety rules/regulations including but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out, and Personal Protective Equipment.

Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED.
- Previous supervisory and manufacturing experience preferred.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and through written documentation.
- Follow oral and written instructions.
- Comprehend, utilize and adjust computer-controlled production equipment.
- Reason with and apply basic math, including use of calculator.
- Basic mechanical skills
- Lift 50 lbs. from a bending, standing, or stooping position safely and comfortably.
- Bend, lift, climb, twist, reach, lean over, pull, push, stoop and stand on concrete floor on a regular basis and for long periods of time.
- Perform repetitive motor functions from a standing position for extended periods.
- Tolerate moderate to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures and wet working environment.

Hours: Monday – Friday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
