What do you do next?

1) save all the evidence of the communication about your accommodation request

2) save all the evidence about the specific retaliation you’re being subjected to

Using ChatGPT on your case could mess it up so bad that you don’t have claim 😳?!

This isn’t an over exaggeration.

The issue isn’t really the A.I. itself.

It’s that you don’t really know enough to give the A.I. the checks and balances it needs to work with you effectively.

And since you don’t know the law that well, you have to rely solely on what ChatGPT is telling you.

It’s a dangerous game, and you should ALWAYS talk to an attorney before you make any big decisions.

when your co-workers lie about you, ask yourself these 3 things:

1) who is lying?

Your response may be different depending on who is actually involved with the lie.

2) do you have evidence that shows it’s a lie?

This could be data or even other statements. It should be clear that the co-workers are lying by looking at it.

3) why are they lying?

What’s in it for them? Are they benefiting from the lie? Figure it out!

1) Tell you that you have no claim

2) accuse you of lying

3) Threaten to sue you for something

They do this to scare you from doing anything.

Here are the best ways to present some common employment law evidence:

1)Documents

Things like termination paper, PIP plans, write ups, should be PDFs.

2) Text messages

PDF is king here too. If you use a bunch of screenshots instead, it’s easier to lose the context.

3) Recordings

Send in the format you have. But make sure to save a copy first!

Reporting to a company ethics/hotline CAN count as a report.

When you report, you want to make sure to do these 3 things:

1) attach your name to it

Avoid being anonymous

2) get a copy

Either send a copy to yourself, screenshot it, a confirmation number, SOMETHING to make sure you can show it exist.

3) be specific

This isn’t the time to be professional. Be specific, name names, and give examples so you’re not ignored.
