We have restructured our sign-on bonus so you don't have to jump through 50 hoops to earn what we already want you to have. In months 1 and 4 you'll earn $45/hr. Our standard rate for LPNs goes $27 to $30/hr.

Howdy! How has your day gone? Seriously? How are you? Healthcare can take it out of you some days. We sincerely care about our staff and do what we can to reach out to be a sounding board for those who take care of our residents.

$45/hr LPNs. 2 out of the next 4 months?

This industry is FULL of jokers and companies who offer these "mythical" signing bonuses. We make it clear FROM THE START that we WANT you to be rewarded for having chosen to transition over to our team. We are located near the Dayton Art Institute part of town.
Our staff has voted to be on 8hr shifts. We also offer TRUE doubles if that works better for you. We have extra OT shifts to offer but they are not required. We are looking for days and evenings- actually the same number on both. We MAY even have nights available for the RIGHT candidate.
We are looking for full-time, permanent relationships. The 2 months of $40/hr shows how IMPORTANT it is to find the RIGHT mix of folks to give us a chance.
Our regular pay scale for LPNs is in the $27-30 range. We help you negotiate that at the point if hire. There are various shift diffs to factor in as well.
Some people LOVE 8's, some people hate them. For those who like the longer work day- offering TRUE doubles works beautifully. For those who like the more work/life balance- of course - the 8hr shifts are perfect.
I am a recruiter/retention specialist with the company. If we work together, for the next 5 months I am your personal liason to help with the transition onto our team. You will NOT just be thrown in and told to "sink or swim". I serve as your sounding board as you navigate this change until you are confident and comfortable.
