Hire Aviation is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid role supporting our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team during an exciting period of rapid growth.

📍 Location: Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area

In this role, you’ll help drive hiring for critical engineering and technology positions by:

✈️ Sourcing hard-to-fill talent
🔍 Mining candidates from our ATS
🤝 Managing employee referrals
📞 Engaging and screening candidates
👥 Partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
🎯 Supporting hiring events
📋 Managing a requisition load with full life-cycle recruiting responsibilities
