Two years. Two industry recognitions. 🏆

Some milestones you chase. Others catch up to you when you’re just doing the work right — 32 years and 1,300+ placements later, still true.

To every client, candidate, and colleague who’s been part of that journey: these recognitions belong to you too.

What’s the moment you remember most from working with us? Tell us below. 👇

There are bosses. And then there are leaders who make you better just by watching how they work.

Fernando Espinosa is the second kind.

30 years of doing this. Three countries. Every search taken personally. Every candidate treated with dignity. Every client call answered by the same person who made the promise.

We see what most people don’t. The early mornings before the first call. The care that goes into every placement. The fact that he still shows up the same way on search number one thousand as he did on search number one.

That kind of consistency is not a strategy. It is character.

Today is his birthday. And today, the entire Top Notch Finders team wants him to know one thing:

Working alongside you is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Happy birthday, Fernando. The best is still ahead.

Japan didn’t just invest in Mexico. It stayed. 🔴🎌

107% of Japan’s 2025 FDI in Mexico was reinvested earnings — not new entries. That is the financial signature of permanence.

Swipe through THE CONVERGENCE → four Japanese management frameworks that define what it really takes to build and retain leadership across the CaliBaja corridor in 2026.

Four catalysts are reshaping the talent map right now:

→ USMCA Joint Review · July 2026
→ Honeywell Aerospace spin-off · H2 2026
→ Sheinbaum–Takaichi bilateral dialogue · April 2026
→ CIVAC + COMPAS closures releasing senior talent

Save this if you operate in the US–Mexico corridor.
Send this to the executive in your organization closest to a cross-border leadership decision.
