Find what fuels you.
Not what looks good on paper.
Not what everyone else is chasing.
Not what you think you should want.
What actually gives you energy?
The work that makes time move faster.
The conversations you lean into.
The problems you don’t mind solving, again and again.
You can be good at a lot of things… and still feel completely drained doing them.
Pay attention to what fuels you vs. what depletes you. That awareness changes everything. How you show up, what you say yes to, and where you grow.
Just start noticing. Energy is a signal.
