Job Title: Office Administrator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Naperville
Pay: $21-$25 an hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is essential to keeping the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and can manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
• Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Support other departments with administrative needs as assigned
• Ensure a professional and organized office environment
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
