ClearStaff is looking for TEMP General Associates needed for a company in Wheeling, IL.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40hr/week)
Pay: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities:
• Cutting, Counting, and Bagging orders as they come off the transfer machine.
• Be in constant communication with the production manager if there are any defects or misprints to the order.
• Quality check every item, verify item is properly assembled, and contains no defects.
• Clip threads and package the item per company standards.
• Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts
• Meet or exceed given quotas for the day

Requirements:
• No prior cutting experience required!
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks when asked
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Reliable attendance and reliable transportation
• Must be able to sit or stand for long hours throughout shift depending on the given task
• Must be able to understand process specifications and use them to complete the assigned task
• Great communication skills
• Must be able to lift to 25+ lbs.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be able to speak and read English

We're looking for TEMP experienced Sewing Machine Operators needed for a company in Wheeling, IL.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40hr/week)
Pay: $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:
• Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts
• Meet or exceed given quotas for the day
• General machine operating knowledge
• Re-threading machine, replacing needles, and winding bobbins
• Perform general machine maintenance such as cleaning and small repairs

Requirements:
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a sewing machine operator (Juki cover-stitch, double needle, single needle, and serger)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks when asked
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Reliable attendance and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail

We're looking for a dependable, motivated, experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations in Yorkville, IL. This position will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to help oversee workflow, guide warehouse associates, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with employees in both English and Spanish, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
• Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
• Monitor open customer orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
• Assign tasks and prioritize workloads based on operational needs
• Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse employees
• Track productivity and ensure quality standards are met
• Address employee questions and help resolve day-to-day issues
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
• Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively between management and warehouse staff

Qualifications
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
