• The representative will be probing and analytical with the ability to recognize, test, and escalate new bugs within our software.
• Assist a diverse range of domestic and international customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting our trading software and our website
• Escalate issues to software developers and server operators
• Address inquiries and issues regarding IB's two-factor secure login system

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4 year college degree
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting networking or software related issues

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 year degree in a STEM field

Tech Sector Staffing is actively seeking a Technology Enthusiast who is seeking a rewarding Career as a Software Engineer in Lowell AR.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce effective, highly reusable, and maintainable software applications by using best practices, design patterns, and OOAD methodology
• Resolve critical technical problems under pressure and significant time restraints.
• Meet with clients to analyze, gather, and document user requirements, paying special attention to interface with other systems.
• Determine project scope and risk factors
• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with all project stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Participate in code reviews, shared modules, reusable components, and various enterprise architectural decisions.
• Perform unit and system testing.
• Create and maintain test scripts.
• Prepare user documents and train new users on software applications.
• Provide on call support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent; and four years of experience in software development.
• Four years of experience using programs such as: Java/J2EE, Webservices (SOAP or REST), Spring, Tomcat, SQL, Eclipse, IDEA Intellij, Angular JS/Angular 2, EXT JS, Android, or iOS.
