Another week has gone by and we’ve been heads down helping clients fill key accounting & finance roles with even more searches kicking off soon.

We're recruiting on a 100% Remote Accounting Manager search with a high-growth technology company that's continuing to scale. This is a newly created role driven by growth and is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, streamlining the month-end close, and leading a team while still staying close to the work.

We're targeting candidates with:
• 8+ years of combined public accounting and corporate accounting experience
• Active CPA
• Strong month-end close experience with the desire to be a player coach
• A passion for process improvement and building scalable accounting operations

The role is roughly 70% hands-on accounting and 30% people/process management, making it a great fit for someone who wants to drive change while remaining involved in the day-to-day accounting function.

Ready to leverage your public accounting or in-house SEC reporting experience at one of the hardest companies to get your foot in the door due to high resume volume? Well...here I am to crack the door open for you!

Support the preparation of quarterly, annual, and current SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) by drafting financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. Partner with Accounting, Legal, and FP&A teams to ensure accuracy, assist with XBRL tagging, support quarterly earnings releases, and maintain documentation for SOX compliance and external audits.

➕ What makes you a good fit for the Financial Reporting Accountant role?
Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or in progress
2+ years of SEC reporting or public accounting (Big 4 or national firm experience a plus)
