Black Heroes of Fire was created to provide a medium to stimulate community interest in African American Firefighter History, Art and culture, Fire prevention and fire safety measures, Employment standards, discussions on issues affecting AAFF's/Paramedics, Firefighter events and programs, Fund raising events, and, subjects relative to the fire service and new technologies. Third Motion for Contempt filing....

In this new filing, attorneys for Grayson and Kennedy ask the Court to:
• Hold the Citizenship Board in contempt for refusing to follow the Court’s order
• Order the immediate issuance of their citizenship cards
• Hold Chief Hill in contempt for obstructing the Court’s ruling
• Award attorney fees and costs for having to file this motion again.

Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction

In the case of Rhonda Grayson and Jeffrey Kennedy....

The filing asks the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Supreme Court to protect the voting rights of Creek Freedmen whose citizenship applications are still pending. Because they have been denied citizenship cards, they cannot register for the May Special Election.

The motion requests that the Court halt the election and extend the voter registration deadline until all Freedmen with pending applications receive their cards. If the election proceeds, it asks the Court to allow these citizens, or at least the two Respondents Grayson/Kennedy, to cast provisional ballots so they are not excluded from the democratic process.

Unfortunately, because I was limited with time restraints and virtually harassed to finish up, I was forced to conclude prematurely.
