At our annual kickoff, we started the year with a simple exercise. One word. One rock. One focus.

Each person chose a word and keeps it by their monitor as a daily reminder throughout the year.

In an industry where rejection and challenges are part of the work, it’s a quiet reminder to stay focused, celebrate small wins, and keep showing up with purpose.

Sometimes the smallest practices are the ones that keep teams moving forward.

Kindness in Motion – Season 4 Begins!

Because sometimes, the simplest act of kindness changes everything. In 2021, we launched Kindness in Motion as a holiday initiative with two main goals:

One… To lift up individuals or families who are struggling.

Two… To help lift people’s heads and allow everyone the ability to take action if they see someone in need.

Whether it's financially, physically, emotionally, or by showing them they are seen, valued, and supported, everyone can make a difference.

How it works:
✅ Anyone can nominate someone who is going through a hard time.
✅ Every story gets read with an open heart.
✅ We select recipients and provide financial support to ease their burden.

Our duvari team hosted our 2nd AI Executive Roundtable with over 20 tech leaders who came together to share openly, challenge assumptions, and lean into the real work of leading through change.

This wasn’t about AI hype. It was about practical, thoughtful leadership.

✅ How do we build momentum through small-win opportunities?
✅ What do AI policies and best practices look like when they need to create guardrails and still allow flexibility?
✅ How do we capture the right insights from end users and measure what really matters?
✅ And how do we protect the soul of IT… its creativity, its people—even as automation evolves?

Since the May 16th St. Louis tornado, Wesley Klaus, owner of Modern Masonry and Restoration, has been volunteering his time and paying his own team to help families clean up debris, tarp roofs, and rebuild homes. He’s spent countless hours using his own equipment and resources to help those still trying to recover.

Members of the TITAN 100 St. Louis community, including our leader, Shaun Duvall, came together for a day of service at the St. Louis Area Foodbank.

Shaun joined fellow Titans to sort and repack 8,484 pounds of apples, which are in route to be distributed through their "Food on the Move Program" to families across 26 counties in Missouri and Illinois!

So grateful to the . Louis Area Foodbank for all they are doing and the local community they are serving!
