About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Controller to partner with the CFO and finance team on a high-impact, three-month engagement. You’ll assess current accounting operations, strengthen policies and procedures, identify efficiencies, and help streamline finance and accounting processes across the organization.

What You’ll Do
➡️ Review and clean up general ledger balances in detail.
➡️ Develop internal review and financial analysis templates.
➡️ Create, document, and standardize companywide accounting and operational processes.
➡️ Develop and document accounting policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
➡️ Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring
✅ 10+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience.
✅ Deep expertise in general ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
✅ Advanced proficiency with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
✅ Advanced Excel skills and strong financial data analysis capabilities.
✅ Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and variances in complex financial data.
