This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

📍 Elkton, MD
💲 $17.50/hour
📅 Monday–Friday
🕒 Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
✅ Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities include maintaining warehouse and production areas, cleaning common spaces and equipment, organizing supplies and uniforms, and supporting general facility operations. Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available.

Previous janitorial, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.

The July Jobs Report is here, and it points to a labor market showing signs of a slowdown.

Nonfarm payroll employment declined by 23,000 in July, while the unemployment rate edged down to 4.1%. Average hourly earnings increased by just $0.02, and labor force participation fell to 61.4%.

Healthcare and construction both added 22,000 jobs, while several other industries saw employment declines.
