What You'll Do
👉 Manage projects from planning through completion
👉 Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
👉 Build and improve workflows and systems
👉 Keep projects on track and proactively solve roadblocks
👉 Support marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn content, website updates, and performance tracking
👉 Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and ex*****on
👉 Work closely with the founder as a trusted right-hand partner

Must-Have Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of Project Management experience
✅ Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
✅ Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Linear, or similar)
✅ Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Nice to Have
✅ Baseline knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, or SEO
✅ Experience using Notion
✅ Experience in a startup or SaaS environment
✅ Experience working directly with founders or executives
