🚨 WE'RE HIRING: AMAZON WHOLESALE COACH & TRAINER (REMOTE)
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale professional who can turn trained Virtual Assistants into client-ready wholesale specialists.
This isn't about teaching courses or hosting webinars. You'll be coaching real VAs one-on-one, working through real client catalogs, identifying skill gaps, and helping them become confident in handling client accounts.
What You'll Do:
✅ Coach up to 10 Amazon Wholesale VAs at a time
✅ Guide VAs through supplier outreach, wholesale account applications, and catalog analysis
✅ Review daily reports and address gaps in sourcing, Buy Box analysis, and supplier communication
✅ Evaluate VA performance and recommend when they're ready for client work
✅ Provide weekly progress updates to clients and fulfillment leadership
✅ Develop training exercises, assessments, and SOPs
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Proven hands-on Amazon Wholesale sourcing experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
✔️ Experience with supplier/distributor outreach, wholesale account openings, and profitability analysis
✔️ Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or training VAs or junior team members
✔️ Ability to manage multiple trainees at different skill levels
✔️ Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
