That's how many hours Snelling associates worked in 2025. Roughly 75,000 people, with workers' comp, payroll taxes, and liability all covered by Snelling.

At that scale, safety can't be something we check on once a year.
So we built it into the routine:

✅ Monthly branch safety culture training
✅ Quarterly risk training
✅ Light Duty and Return-to-Work programs

And it's paying off. OSHA incidents are trending down in Q1 2026 compared with 2025.

Part-Time Cafeteria Workers

• 5-hour workdays with flexible start times
• Must have reliable transportation throughout Charlotte
• Must meet CMS hiring criteria and pass a background check
• Must be able to lift as needed

Full-Time Cafeteria Managers
• Direct-Hire opportunity
• $20.35/hr during training, salary DOE
• 8-hour workdays with flexible start times
• ServSafe certification required
• Foodservice management experience required
• Must have reliable transportation throughout Charlotte

Snelling Charlotte is looking for Airport Conveyor Mechanical Helpers (Floaters) to help keep baggage moving behind the scenes at Charlotte Douglas International Airport! In this hands-on role, you’ll help clear baggage jams, monitor baggage flow, assist technicians with basic mechanical/electrical tasks, and manually move baggage when needed.

• $19.36/hr
• 12-Hour Shifts | Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat
• Floater Position | Step in when needed
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must meet TSA federal background and airport credentialing requirements, including CBP seal requirements
