Carolinas Construction Solutions utilizes proven recruiting and screening methods to ensure we only employ qualified, skilled tradespeople. We ensure client satisfaction by conducting 1st day and weekly on-site performance reviews for all of our jobsites. In other words, your CCS representative will not disappear from your jobsite after the first day of work. We offer an 8-hour guarantee on all tradespeople. If you are not satisfied after 8 hours, notify us and we will replace the tradesperson and not bill you for the previous 8 hours.
