We relieve you of the burdens that accompany employment; hiring, payroll processing, taxes, workers comp and administrative burdens. We allow your company to reduce your labor cost, remove hiring costs and increases job cost efficiency. We also offer construction safety services including on-site OSHA 10 and 30 hour course instruction. The Difference. Carolinas Construction Solutions is structured to provide swift, flexible staffing solutions for all situations. Unlike large, national staffing firms, your CCS representative will handle all aspects of your account and staffing needs. Carolinas Construction Solutions utilizes proven recruiting and screening methods to ensure we only employ qualified, skilled tradespeople. We ensure client satisfaction by conducting 1st day and weekly on-site performance reviews for all of our jobsites. In other words, your CCS representative will not disappear from your jobsite after the first day of work. We offer an 8-hour guarantee on all tradespeople. If you are not satisfied after 8 hours, notify us and we will replace the tradesperson and not bill you for the previous 8 hours. We guarantee our thorough process will help you become more efficient and more profitable on your next project.
