Plumber Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

- Valid Drivers License.

- Possess all tools used in conjunction with the trade.

- Operate power and hand tools safely.

- Ability to complete required paperwork
- Work from extension ladder and step ladder.

- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required on short notice.

- Ability to assist in lifting heavy objects.

Plumber Experience Levels:

- Journeymen Plumbers

- 8-10 years commercial experience.

- Plumber Mechanics/Top-Helpers

- 5-8 years of commercial experience.

Plumber Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:

- Arrive to work at or before scheduled work time.

- Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out tasks in a timely manner.

- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

- Complete all work related forms properly.

- Assist in any areas needing assistance.

- Respect customer's property and provide the best service and quality possible.

- Must also have experience working with cast iron, copper, carbon, PVC & stainless steel pipe
- Assemble, install, and make changes in pipe systems used to carry water, steam, air, and other liquids and gases.

- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.

- Experienced setting fixtures according to specs.

Commercial Electricians
3rd shift position

Skilled Trades Services has immediate needs for EXPERIENCED Structural Welders in the Jacksonville area.

Must have previous tank & plate welding experience.
Must be able to pass a 3G, but a 6G welding test is preferred.
Must be able to pass a National Background Check!
Must be able to pass a 10 panel pre-employment drug screening!
Weld test will consist of the following:

3" Carbon Steel TIG Root all the way out.
3" Stainless TIG Root all the way out.
6" Carbon TIG Root & 7018 Fill & Cap
Project will last approximately 3-4 months in duration, working 50 hours a week.

$24-27/hr + Overtime!

Prepare surfaces.
Mix paints to desired colors and consistencies.
Understanding or reading of drawings and/or blueprints
Safe operation of construction tools and equipment
Painting, caulking, and sealing
Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of similar experience of progressive responsibility in painting
Experience and ability with conventional spray systems, airless spray systems, and plural spray systems
Experience and ability applying paint with brush and roll.
Experience with epoxy, polyurethane, and high solids coatings is preferred.
Proficient in the application and use of plural spray systems is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
Possession of valid driver's license
Must have all tools for trade and proper PPE
