It seems we may be facing the largest unemployment crisis in our lifetimes and it can be confusing and scary. Many of us have been displaced or furloughed and are wondering whether our jobs will come back and if they do, will they be the same? The team at Candor Search would like to give back to our Charlotte community by offering FREE advice and information on your career, resume, interviewing and educational and re-training opportunities. We are here for you.

It is common to hear advice that a candidate should research a company before the interview. This doesn't mean top-level information anyone can google. Candidates should know important foundation and recent details involving the company and how that may coincide with the position. Knowing this information is an excellent way a candidate can showcase how they can apply their skills to recent pain points or changes the company is handling. Plus, it can develop into beneficial small talk.
