PCR Staffing is seeking 30 Data Center Technicians to start ASAP!

📅 6-month contract
💰 W2 pay + overtime (time and a half)
🏥 Health coverage and PTO
⏰ Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM, with some Saturdays
💪 60–72 hours per week, including 20–30 hours of overtime
⚠️ No relocation expenses provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Install and decommission data center network equipment and cabling.
• Work with copper and fiber cabling, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Read blueprints, floor plans, and technical documentation.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and employment verification.

We are seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Superintendent to lead low-voltage infrastructure projects in hyperscale data centers.

Candidates can live anywhere in the U.S., with opportunities based on current project needs!

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee low-voltage and structured cabling projects, including quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead, train, and supervise technicians and field teams.
• Manage multiple projects, staffing, scheduling, materials, and documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct technical training and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing low-voltage or structured cabling technicians.
• Strong hyperscale data center experience required.
• Expertise in low-voltage tools, equipment, fiber, and cabling infrastructure.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, scopes of work, bills of materials, and project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Construction-phase AND post-construction experience preferred.
• Meta or Microsoft project experience is a plus.
• RCDD or DCDC BICSI certification is a plus, but not required.
