We are currently assisting several clients in Orlando, Florida, in recruiting skilled workers for positions offering potential U.S. Green Card sponsorship under the EB-3 Skilled Worker Program.
🔧 AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Mechanics: Machinery repair and maintenance technicians.
Auto Body Repair Technicians: Automotive body repair, collision repair, and refinishing specialists.
HVAC Technicians: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technicians.
✅ CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of relevant work experience; OR completion of a minimum 2-year vocational training program that provides substantial, hands-on technical training directly related to the position, such as mechanics, machinery repair, automotive technology, or HVAC.
Basic English communication skills or higher.
Relevant technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work in the United States on a long-term basis.
Interest in obtaining U.S. permanent residency through employer-sponsored employment.
