GoodWork Staffing

10/15/2026

As we continue our 10-year throwback series, we're looking back at a milestone from 2021, when GoodWork Staffing was named one of Charlotte's Top 16 Staffing Agencies by Expertise.

As a division of Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, GoodWork Staffing helps connect job seekers with employers while generating revenue that supports our mission. With locations throughout the Greater Charlotte region - including inside the Leon Levine Opportunity Center at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus - its success helps create more opportunities for individuals and families in our community.

Looking back on moments like these reminds us how far we've come over the past decade and inspires us for what lies ahead.

It’s 💙

Today is a chance to pause and think about simple ways we can show up for one another. Generosity does not have to be big to make an impact. It can start with small, everyday actions.

That could look like donating clothing or household items, checking in on a neighbor, volunteering your time, making a financial gift or responding to a need in your community.

If you’re looking for a place to start, consider donating to your local Goodwill. Each donation supports our mission to build pathways that help people pursue the life they want to achieve.

Not sure what to donate? Here are some great items to get started:

However you choose to take part, we’re grateful for the generosity that helps create opportunities and build brighter futures in our community! 💙
