5 years in this business and the one thing that hasn’t changed is that most people struggle to articulate their value. Period. That can be on a resume, LinkedIn, in an interview, or a business owner getting new clients.

We’re back to making videos. Sorry it’s been so long. We’ve been restrategizing and deciding what Zaddy Solutions and what we bring. The basis is still we are recruiters and we have that brain but how we are helping our clients get jobs now has completely evolved.

Had a great time this morning with Caroline with and Ms. Jessica () with about the upcoming Charlotte Pride Job Fair.

We got into why your LinkedIn profile matters way more than you think. I told them: Your resume (while important) is a one to one transaction, but your LinkedIn is your website up 24/7. Think of how people buy from Amazon. If you want the buyer (recruiter/hiring manager) to find the product (you), you have to stand out.

Adam Cannavo and I will be leading a workshop where we’re going to overhaul LinkedIn profiles live with the intention of the audience taking these lessons. Adam will be doing real headshots (not AI one or glamor one. We need to see a real human with a wrinkle or a pore.)
