Assembly - Would consider entry level. Need good dexterity to be assembly line- likes to see improvement within individuals.

Ideally someone that has manufacturing exp. Hand tools, Power tools, Pneumatic tools.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics/diagrams helpful. BUT, some of their best people have come from the fast food industry.

Climate controlled – 68 – 80 year round

Responsibilities:

Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
Properly complete all required paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
Qualifications

High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

Ability to calculate parts requirements.
Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.
Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.

Responsibilities Include

Build a diverse talent pipeline of financial professionals through online sourcing
Recommend creative and result-oriented ideas to cultivate diverse pipelines
Track and support candidates through the recruiting process
Communicate with hiring managers and recruiting team on status of candidates in recruiting process
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in recruiting and sourcing with various job boards
-Good computer skills (Microsoft suite, ATS experience is a Plus, Smartsheet experience is a HUGE plus)

-Strong initiative and can work under minimal supervision after training. Great eagerness to ask questions and provide suggestions on new opportunities or options for finding diverse candidates

-Strong desire for DE&I initiatives and patience in the process

-Ability to multi task and adapt quickly to new projects that pop up

-Staffing experience is nice and some recruiting experience is a good to have but not mandatory

-Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed are all very good to have but not completely necessary. This role will be focused on cold sourcing and not necessarily speaking with candidates.

-Good communication skills and ability to think on their feet.

Part time work

Flexible hours but at least 3-4 hours of availability for meetings throughout the business day (8am-4pm are usual hours).
