What Concierge Staffing Really Looks Like

At the heart of what we do is a simple belief: people matter.

Every clinician. Every client. Every partnership.

Sometimes, making an impact means solving problems that have nothing to do with staffing—but everything to do with caring for the people behind the work.

When Dr. D accepted a locums assignment with us in upstate New York, we learned he lived in Manhattan, did not drive, and suddenly had no reliable way to get from his housing to the facility each day.

The moment our Sr. Director of Business Development, Lauren, and her team heard about it, they went to work. They found a nearby Walmart, purchased a bicycle Dr. D liked, and Lauren’s dad personally assembled it. Less than 24 hours later, the bike was delivered directly to Dr. D.

What meant the most was hearing how grateful he was—not just for the bike itself, but because he felt cared for, supported, and valued.

That moment is a reflection of who we are.

Our concierge approach is not just a process or a promise. It is how we show up for people. It is the extra call, the quick solution, the personal touch, and the willingness to do whatever we can to support the clinicians and clients who place their trust in us.
