Kitchen Manager-responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of a casual restaurant in St. George, SC. This isn't fast-food! Kitchen managers hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.

This location is in a prime spot of quaint and quiet St. George (less than 30 mins from Summerville in a reverse commute, no traffic, free parking).

5 days per week, 55 hours at most. Salaried position with flexible hours "no late nights." Looking for someone who wants to work with the owner not for the owner.
