The shift will be Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

This is a temporary position, that will end mid-December.

Responsibilities

Dusting
Dust mopping
Damp mopping
Emptying trash
Cleaning ashtrays
Spot cleaning walls
Spot cleaning carpet
Vacuuming carpet
Cleaning restrooms
Cleaning glass and desktops
Performing other similar and related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
WORK PROCEDURES

Report to work on time.
Sign in or clock in and assemble your supplies and equipment.
Empty office trash containers and empty and cleans ashtrays.
Dust and spot clean flat surfaces, such as desktops, filing cabinets, tabletops, etc.
Complete the following tasks on the prescribed day:
Dust mop and spot mop floors.
Spot clean and vacuum carpet.
Fill restroom dispensers and empty restroom trash containers.
Sweep restroom floors.
Clean restroom fixtures.
Mop restroom floors.
Return equipment and supplies to the closet and prepare for the next day’s work. The closet must be clean and neat.
Dispose of trash, turn off lights, and lock doors as instructed by the supervisor.
Sign out or clock out.

Sharpens tools such as w**d cutters, edging tools, and shears. Makes minor on-site repairs to equipment such as lawnmower, spreader, and w**d trimming equipment.
