Today marks the beginning of Women's History Month - a time to recognize the strength, courage, and resilience of women throughout history and today. As we recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of women, it is important to remember that the fight for gender equality is far from over.

✅ In 2021, women made up an estimated 44 percent of the overall workforce, but an estimated 41 percent of managers. Women earned an estimated 82 cents for every dollar that men earned (an overall pay gap of 18 cents on the dollar). (GAO, 2022)

✅ In the past few years, millions of women have raised their voices to demand an end to the discrimination that has impacted women around the world. From the movement, to the Women’s March, to the fight for equal pay and opportunities, women everywhere have taken bold action to push for positive change.

This Women’s History Month, let us celebrate the achievements of women while continuing to push for a more equitable future. Let us take action to ensure the rights and opportunities of all women are respected. Let us strive to create a world where women can live free from discrimination.
