🛠️ Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Welder with a strong background in custom metal fabrication. The ideal candidate can work independently from blueprints or concept sketches and deliver precise, high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality custom fabrication and welding of steel components
Fabricate and assemble parts based on blueprints, CAD drawings, or customer specifications
Assist with field installations, ensuring all work meets structural and aesthetic standards
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
Collaborate with engineering and project teams for efficient project completion
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience (custom fabrication preferred)
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication plans
Strong understanding of fabrication tools, layout, and measurement techniques
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Prior job-shop or custom fabrication experience preferred
